2. Scan & Self-Audit

   Devices are assessed using our guided mobile app (remote) or by our technician during the visit (on-site), ensuring consistent diagnostics and grading.

3. Diagnostics & Offer

   Each device is tested, graded, and matched with a live market offer via our buyer network.

4. Collection & Data Erasure

   Devices are securely collected and enterprise-grade data wiping begins — with full compliance and certification across both options.

5. Reporting & Payment

   You receive a detailed report and payment:

   – For on-site processing, payment is issued during the visit.

   – For remote processing, payment is issued once devices have been recalled to your location and ready for our team to package and collect
